Discover A Proud Family Tradition

Brothers and Co-owners of Fasano’s Marketplace, Ralph and David Fasano, are 3rd generation of the Fasano Family in the food industry. The family tradition was started by their grandparents, Angelo and Mary Fasano over 60 years ago with the inception of Fasano’s Diner. Soon after, their parents Ralph “Fuzzy” and Corinne Fasano, started Fasano’s Catering which is still in operation today. Ralph and David have extensive experience in the food service business operating a family owned and run restaurant, diner and catering company and multi-unit food service healthcare facilities combining 67 years of experience in the food service industry.

Ralph is owner and manager of Fasano’s Catering. Ralph has been involved in all aspects of the catering and food industry over his 40 years working experience in the family business.

David has over 27 years’ experience as Corporate Food Service Director and Purchasing Agent in the food industry. David also has background in the catering business and has worked in various roles as a manager and cook at his family’s catering business. David brings over 30 years of food service and business management to the business.
